Excursion to Sun Shelter
A small and precious shepherd's cottage on the Miglino plateau, located on a Crasto rocks, at 1223 meters above sea level. The refuge is set in a wonderful alpine landscape, always immersed in an extraordinary light, overflown by large birds of prey and "lived" by shepherds and grazing animals and opens up to the highest and most wooded peaks of the Nebrodi, to the Rosmarino and Fitalia valleys, to the Tyrrhenian Sea on which the Aeolian Aeolian Islands, coloured in blue, can be seen.
Can be reached by 4x4 off road, it is very well suited to Trekking Photography.
